We have a 30 day, no questions asked return policy.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT… In the unlikely event of damage during shipment or receipt of the wrong product, please contact Vervante at customerservice@vervante.com or call (888) 845-4992 ext 490.

Please be sure to include your order number in all communications so that we may best assist you.

RETURNS… You may return your product if it has been unused and is not opened within 30 days of purchase. Any CDs or DVDs you have opened and watched cannot be returned. Our products are shipped to you by Vervante in partnership with Rachel Cosgrove. When Vervante receives your return they will notify us and we will process the refund usually within 10 days.
